Shipping Time Table
We are excited to inform you that we have updated our shipping schedule! From now on, we will dispatch orders every Friday by 12:00 PM (GMT) for all purchases made by Thursday 12:00 PM (GMT) on that day.
Please note that your estimated time of arrival (ETA) may vary based on product availability, buyer's location or country events. If one or more items in your order are currently out of stock and need to be produced, this may extend your dispatch time by an additional 2 to 5 business days, depending on the quantity of your order.

Refund & Return Policy

Please be aware that all items in our online store are made-to-order. Once your order has been fulfilled in our system after the 2-day period, we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns, as the items are likely no longer in our possession.

The Alternative We Offer
Wait for Your Item: Once your order arrives, please leave the package unopened.
Return Process: You can then send the item back to us. Please note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Refund Details: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the cost of the item, minus the original shipping fees you paid.

Please note that copying existing designs is not considered a custom work. To avoid any copyright claims from original creators, we will not proceed with your request until we receive confirmation from the original owner of the artwork. Alternatively, you can send us the livery files directly, and we will handle the rest for you.
